NORTHWEST CROSSING — BEST FOR FAMILIES AND WALKABILITY

NorthWest Crossing is one of Bend's most beloved neighborhoods. Think tree-lined streets, a neighborhood market, coffee shops, and easy trail access. It's designed for people who want to walk out their front door and actually go somewhere. Homes here tend to be newer and well-maintained, and the sense of community is strong.

OLD MILL DISTRICT / DOWNTOWN BEND — BEST FOR THE URBAN LIFESTYLE

If you want restaurants, boutiques, the Deschutes River, and live music within walking distance, downtown Bend is your spot. The Old Mill District is one of the most walkable areas in all of Central Oregon. Home prices here reflect the premium location.
